We had an excellent experience buying our house with Kehoe's. We had been looking for a while and had met other estate agents and Florin really stood out. He was so helpful at every step, whether arranging extra viewings while we were deciding or for help with the process once we'd gone sale agreed. I couldn't recommend him and Kehoe's in general (where Eoin was also a huge help) enough. I cannot recommend Kehoe Auctioneers highly enough. I contacted them on a Thursday needing a property valuation quite urgently, and I was absolutely blown away by how rapidly and effectively they responded. By Tuesday morning, the entire valuation was completed and in my email! Eoin's and Florin's professionalism, efficiency, and prompt communication made this seamless. Florin did valuation of our house for the mortgage renewal. Whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The lady in the office (which I didn't catch the name) answered my call at 5.30pm (closing time) and she still took her time to explain what I need for valuation.
