Residential Sellers

Once you accept an offer:

  1. The buyer pays a booking deposit.
  2. Both solicitors begin the conveyancing process.
  3. Contracts are drafted and reviewed.
  4. Surveys and checks are carried out by the buyer.
  5. The buyer signs the contracts and pays the contract deposit (10% of purchase price).
  6. The seller signs the contracts.
  7. A completion date is agreed.
  8. Final searches and closing documents are completed.
  9. Purchase funds are transferred and title is transferred at the same time.
  10. The buyer collects the key to their new home.
