What are buyers looking for?

Buyers want to purchase a houses with modern standards. The buyers focus on energy ratings and BER’s. At the moment is a good time to buy if you need a proper home and you can afford a home, now is a good time for you to buy. Why do I say that? Because, this shortage of houses is not going to improve, we simply are not building enough houses for the population that we have. 

Interest rates have come down in 2024 by a quarter of a percentage it looks like they will come down further and mortgages become more affordable again. Obviously, you are looking at a crystal ball, but in the US have reduced the interest rates by half percent recently and I think this will follow in Europe soon. 

If you need a property, if you can afford it comfortably now is a good time to get into the market and buy a home.
