How do you see the property market in 2024?

The property market is good at the moment, prices are improving. We have the same problem that we had for the last lumber of years which is a general shortage of housing and that’s common in our area in Carlow but it’s common countrywide as well. It’s a national problem and is well known being discussed in the media all the time. What this led to is an overall shortage of housing that cant meet the demand that is out there and for that we have upward pressure in pricing. The media report have reported recently that it’s increasing with 10% per annum.

What I can definitely say, is that generally speaking, good affordable starter homes and typically that’s a 3 bed semi-detached house in urban areas are selling quickly and prices are increasing.
