When all is done, give everywhere another once over!

You’ve cleaned the house from top to bottom, the hallway has been painted, the lights are on and the dog is on his holidays. But, even after you’ve done all this and you think your house is ready for sale, stop! Grab your agent and walk through your home from top to bottom and see if anything stands out. It might be a dirty window, a room in need of air or a piece of furniture your heart hasn’t let go.  Ofen a fresh eye is all it takes!  Simply put – properties which are well presented, sell more quickly!
