Know your buyer and then tailor your home accordingly!
Knowing your buyer is easy – its about stepping back and putting yourself in the buyers shoes and looking at your home objectively.
Look at the area its in and the type of people that are surrounding you, then make an educated decision about the type of buyer your home appeals to. For example, if you’re selling a two bedroom apartment in the town centre then its less likely to appeal to a family and more likely to apeal to young professionals. Once you’ve worked it out you can tailor your home accordingly. Such as accentuating its family feel with neat toy storage bins or hire trendy furniture for a modern younger look!
